The building houses the data acquisition units, an electronic and machanical workshop, offices and a meeting room. Interruption-free power is provided through a diesel generator located next to the lab building. The connection to the outside world is by phone, FAX, ISDN or Datex-P/X.25 (only for STS-2/GRSN data).
